We usually celebrated Traci's birthday by wearing red, white and blue, having a cookout (mostly at grandma's house) and watching the fireworks at the City Park in Parkersburg. One birthday party Brian & Angie helped gather up costumes for a parade with everyone dressing as the statue of liberty and a prize to the winner looking most like the great lady.

Brian and Ang took me into their room and made me a crown out of tin foil, made me a gown out of their sheets, and gave me a bible and flashlight to hold. I couldn't be touch! They made me win!!!
I remember that! What fun!
